Following with the latest announcement by our Prime Minister, with regarding of Movement Control Order, we will extend the period for temporarily closing of operating department until 14th April 2020.

Q: Does Hanamaru Auction Malaysia online auction will be continued even Movement Control Order announced?

A: Definitely yes! Our online auction will be operated as usual, please visit our website even you stay at home!

Q: Can I come to warehouse to tow out the vehicles once I had done for payment?

A: During Movement Control Order period, our partner warehouse will be not opened. We encourage our buyers who had awarded with “Pickup Voucher” to pick up the car after 14th April 2020. Nevertheless, if you want to pick up your vehicle during MCO period, please contact Hanamaru Auction as we will try to arrange with our partner warehouse to handover your vehicles.

Q: Can I do payment for the awarded vehicles once Movement Control Order ends?

A: Buyers who are awarded during 18th March 2020 to 10th April 2020, you can choose to make payment as usual and we will issue Pickup Voucher once payment is confirmed. However, if you can’t make payment due to reasons of MOC, no worries! Hanamaru Auction Malaysia will extend due date for the payment until 16th April without any penalty for late payment.
